The law firm of Aguirre & Severson have published a formerly secret criminal search warrant and affidavit as part of a supplemental brief in San Francisco Superior Court. The Investigator’s affidavit raises serious questions about the role of Governor Brown in the ratepayer-funded $3.3 billion bailout of the failed San Onofre nuclear power plant owned by Southern California Edison.
