Christopher S. Morris has spent his career as a trial lawyer, in both private and public practice. He has represented the City of San Diego in complex fraud cases involving both public works projects and issues relative to municipal finances.

Mr. Morris served as the head of Criminal Division of the San Diego City Attorney’s office, and personally prosecuted complex financial and political crimes involving the City of San Diego.
